Product Leadership Role

This position oversees a team of product professionals working across the EMEA and APAC regions. Reporting to the senior director of product strategy, the leader will ensure alignment with the broader product vision and seek ways to combine EDMS offerings while executing with excellence at the regional and product-specific level.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for customer-centric innovation, deep product expertise, and the ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and coach a team of product managers, product owners, and UI designers focused on the EDMS product suite.
  • Product Ownership & Execution: Drive the day-to-day execution of product roadmaps for EDMS, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and industry requirements in asset-intensive industries.
  • Regional Collaboration & Support: Serve as the local product leadership presence in the APAC region, partnering closely with regional sales, customer success, services, and support teams.
  • Alignment with Global Product Strategy: Ensure all product initiatives align with the overarching vision, goals, and architectural direction set by the leadership.
