Robotics Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Product Specialist to join our team.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to support orthopaedic surgeons in planning and executing robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Mako technology.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff during Mako-assisted procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Offer ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in clinical medicine and a passion for surgical innovation.
  • Confidence in surgical/theatre settings.
  • Technical proficiency with software and medical technology.
  • Excellent communication skills who can build trust with surgeons and hospital teams.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
