We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Park Holme 3. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and essential items.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with mobility, therapy goals, and medication management.
  • Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
  • Transport customers to appointments, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including those with dementia.

What We Look for in a Care Worker:
  • You are passionate about assisting our aged community and have a genuine desire to make a difference in someone's life.
  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, ensuring you can safely transport our customers.
  • You are able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help when needed.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
