KinCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Park Holme 3. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently at home for longer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers' nutritional needs are met.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected.
  • Provide personal care, including assisting with mobility, therapy goals, and medication management.
  • Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand.
  • Transport customers to appointments, ensuring they can access essential services.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia support.

What We Look For:

  • You care about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You're comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
  • You're available to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
