We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at KinCare, providing in-home care services to our valued customers in Park Holme 3.

  • Assist with domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Support with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers receive the nutrition they need.
  • Provide social support and access to lifestyle activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Offer personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Provide respite and emotional support, helping our customers feel comfortable and secure in their own homes.

What We Look for in a Care Worker:

  • A genuine passion for assisting our aged community, promoting independence and well-being.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing the needs of our customers.
  • A flexible schedule, with a minimum of 3 days available to work Monday to Friday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
