About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities to enhance our customers' quality of life.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to maintain our customers' dignity and independence.
  • Manage medication and assist with mobility and therapy goals to promote overall well-being.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and social events to promote social interaction and community engagement.

Requirements
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • You must be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
