KinCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in South East Adelaide. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently at home.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
- Offering social support and access to lifestyle activities to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to promote dignity and well-being.
- Providing respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
- Transporting customers to appointments and social events to promote social interaction and community engagement.

Requirements:
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- Availability to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday.
