About This Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our wholesale support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer experience leadership and be able to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Supporting the wholesale support team with enquiries and providing guidance as needed.
  • Assessing and improving systems, processes, and best practices within the team.
  • Liaising with other departments regarding delivery issues and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Delivering and supporting projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Implementing and maintaining a customer rating system and working closely with the accounts receivable team.
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reviewing industry standards for key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing team performance accordingly.
  • Preparing and delivering regular reports on team performance and KPIs.
  • Mentoring and training team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborating with other teams to drive business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer experience leadership role.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with relevant software and systems, such as Zendesk.
  • A strong understanding of our company values and the ability to embody them in your work.
