Description:

A business leader responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all wholesale accounts. This involves monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and managing the open order book.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of key account delivery & compliance manual and customer specific requirements, as well as supporting sample management and showroom setup.

As the primary point of contact for wholesale customer inquiries, the successful candidate will manage communication regarding orders, shipments, returns, and general support issues.

This position requires a full understanding of end-to-end processes, including David Jones PIM Platform, Product Onboarding to NuOrder, and management of customer EDI integrations.

The Wholesale Operations Lead will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to our wholesale business.

This role identifies and implements operational efficiencies, best practices, and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and reduce errors across Domestic and International operations.

The Wholesale Operations Lead will generate and analyze operations reports to track key performance indicators, assist in preparing wholesale-related reports, and provide guidance to the International Wholesale Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Order Fulfillment

  1. Fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently
  2. Maintaining accurate records of orders and shipments

Process Improvement

  1. Identifying areas for process improvement
  2. Implementing new processes or changes to existing ones

Team Collaboration

  1. Working closely with cross-functional teams
  2. Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders

Reporting and Analytics

  1. Generating and analyzing reports
  2. Providing insights and recommendations to improve operations
