Main Responsibilities:

About You:
  • Proven experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services sector.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360, and solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
  • HVAC Background: Mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Requirements:

- Strong mechanical/HVAC background
