Job Title: HVAC BIM Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC BIM Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing BIM models across a diverse portfolio of major projects.

  • BIM Model Management: Coordinate and manage HVAC BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and clash-free delivery.
  • BIM Standards: Implement and uphold BIM standards and workflows across projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, drafters, and project teams on BIM-related processes.
  • Documentation: Review, update, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.

You will have previous experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services (HVAC) sector. Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360 is essential, along with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services. Excellent coordination and communication skills are required to liaise with multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, are necessary for this role.

About You:
  • Previous experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services (HVAC) sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360.
  • Mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
