Job Title: HVAC Systems Model Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing HVAC systems BIM models throughout the design and construction phases. They will work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and clash-free delivery.

About the Role:

  • Previous experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services (HVAC) sector
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360, with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows
  • Mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

About You:

  • A strong technical background in HVAC systems and excellent coordination and communication skills
  • A solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows and be proficient in relevant software tools
