Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of HVAC BIM Lead, overseeing the management of Building Information Models across various high-profile projects. The selected candidate will work closely with engineers, modellers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical services into project deliverables.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and implementing industry standards and workflows.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of building services, and proficiency in software applications such as Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM models for multiple projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and clash-free delivery
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows across projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, drafters, and project teams on BIM-related processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services sector
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360, with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows
  • Mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams
