HVAC BIM Lead

As the HVAC BIM Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing complex BIM models across a diverse portfolio of major projects.

About You:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services (HVAC) sector is essential.
  • You must have strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360, with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
  • Mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services is required.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, are essential.
