Manager Growth Planning

The Manager Growth Planning will lead the development of strategic plans to drive growth and sustainability in the region.

  • This is a key role that will play a significant part in shaping the future of our community.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of planning principles and legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for growth and development
  • Leading a small team of staff to achieve positive outcomes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in planning or related discipline with management experience at a senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a consultative environment and commitment to providing excellence in customer service
  • Strong strategic planning, financial management skills, and business acumen
