About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive traffic and ROI. This role involves optimizing digital commerce channels including DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platforms, overseeing sampling and events to drive trial and support eCommerce growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to integrate sampling and event initiatives with digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or performance media within FMCG or retail industries
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital commerce channels, including strong expertise in paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplaces
  • Experience leading agile content creation, influencer programs, and UGC campaigns to boost brand engagement and sales, demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Creative, eCommerce, and external agencies
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns, excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
