We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead the development and management of our digital marketing function.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance advertising, CRM, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include defining the digital marketing vision, team structure, and roadmap, as well as managing digital advertising dashboards.

The successful candidate will also have strong team and agency management experience, advanced knowledge of key digital platforms, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

They will be accountable for building and managing marketing automation, lifecycle campaigns, and email workflows, as well as collaborating closely with internal and external content teams and SEO partners.

This role involves organizational planning, team setup, resourcing, process development, and performance tracking — all aimed at driving digital marketing excellence.

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a critical leadership role in shaping our digital marketing capabilities.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing in client and/or agency side
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel digital campaigns (Search, Social, Programmatic, Native)
  • Deep experience with data-led performance marketing, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization
  • Strong team and agency management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of key digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms, CRM tools)
