**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be immersed in the digital culture, support strategic planning and co-ordinate social specific content for all our social media platforms, paid search and competitions.

**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of all Social campaigns, Paid Search/ Digital campaigns and Competitions. The role develops a variety of campaign assets & copy to meet campaign objective, including engagement, conversion, retention and new acquisition. The role is responsible for day-to-day interaction with external agency, suppliers, Management and other key business areas to ensure delivery on time and in budget. The role oversees content planning from brief through to reporting on monthly/ daily basis. With a key focus on engaging new customers, enticing lapsed customers and keeping existing customers motivated and happy to increase our spend per home.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience (2+ years preferred) in digital marketing and a keen passion for digital channels & a fast paced digital environment
- Knowledge of larger social media and influencer amplification strategies
- Knowledge of paid campaign set-up and ability to build campaigns, as well as exposure to broader paid digital opportunities
- A positive self-starter and ability to maximise productivity and support of business plans
- Ability to deliver to the Marketing Strategy, set by the TVSN Marketing and Merchandise Manager within both short
- and long-term timeframes.
- Have a can do, positive, loyal and infectious attitude with a highly organised and strategic focus.
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Excellent copywriting, proofing and grammar skills
- Up to date relevant knowledge of social media & paid search/ digital campaigns initiation to drive success
- Project Management skills and ability to multi-task, coupled with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle a broad range of projects
- Strong communicator
- Can work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
- Intermediate Excel, Word and Power point is a must
