Our organisation is seeking a Strategic Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our programs.

This full-time ongoing position is based primarily at our ACT Office, with a requirement to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and potentially undertake some travel.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate who possesses:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Partnering role;
  • Demonstrated expertise in investigations, case management, and award interpretation in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others and influence diverse contexts;
  • Knowledge of or interest in the community services sector is highly valued.
