Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role within our organisation, providing expert guidance and strategic advice to programmes.

This role is a full-time ongoing position primarily based at our office. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and may be required to travel.

  • Provide expert guidance and strategic advice to programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive organisational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Partnering role.
  • Demonstrated experience in investigations, case management, and award interpretation in a large-scale fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in diverse contexts.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the community services sector is highly valued.
