The role of the Human Resources Business Partner is pivotal to our organisation, providing strategic guidance and support to teams.

This is a full-time ongoing position primarily located from our office in Belconnen. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and may be required to travel for meetings.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Human Resources partnering role within a fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrated expertise in investigations, case management, and award interpretation;
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and exercise influence in diverse contexts;
