Job Title: Supply Chain Functional Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT Supply Chain team.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading functional designs and implementing IT changes aligned with our strategic goals.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver smart, scalable solutions that power our supply chain and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement functional solutions for supply chain logistics using SAP ERP logistics modules and Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions.
  • Manage small to medium enhancements and projects from concept to completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with precision and in line with IT SLAs.
  • Mentor junior team members and set the standard for technical excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Koerber HighJump or similar WMS, and other relevant supply chain systems.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge in Voice, Transport Management Systems, and AMR technologies.
  • Strong SAP integration knowledge (iDocs, BTP API, Middleware technologies).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
  • Experience with ALM or qTest Test Management Tools.
  • Skilled in handling and reconciling large datasets across systems.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and maintain a strong customer focus.
