A leading national diversified general contractor seeks a skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coordinate, report on, and advise on the commercial aspects of a major data centre project in Western Sydney
  • Ensure effective and consistent administration of all project contractual relationships
  • Advise and instruct project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in head contracts, subcontracts, consultant agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines, and project-specific procedures
Requirements
  • Possess a relevant degree and 5 years' experience in the Sydney building sector
  • Ideally have a Quantity Surveying background
  • Have extensive experience managing head and subcontracts on large-scale projects preferably in CBD locations
  • Be quality-focused and have the ability to assess risk
  • Be able to demonstrate longevity with past employers and provide exemplary references
