Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders and delivering exceptional results on projects ranging from office renovations to retail transformations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of commercial projects up to $10 million.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, quality control measures, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Contractor administrator or Project Engineer with build experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to $5m.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
