About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Strata Assistant to join our successful team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our strata management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Senior Strata Manager and contributing to the delivery of our strata management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Strata Manager, including preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, arranging quotations and repairs, and issuing keys to contractors, owners, and tenants.
  • Liaise with Owners Corporations as required, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Assist with risk and insurance management, including annual fire safety and insurance checks and quotations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Executive Committees, Owners, and Tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Real Estate or Strata experience is ideal, but we are open to considering candidates with administration experience in any industry.
  • Strong administration skills, including proficiency in StrataMaster (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain.
