Resilience Framework Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive enterprise-wide frameworks and capability that support a resilient, responsive, and secure organisation.

Job Overview

This role will oversee the design and implementation of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management and IT Disaster Recovery frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and be able to lead a team of Risk and BCP Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Operational Resilience frameworks across the organisation
  • Provide second-line oversight and assurance over operational resilience
  • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, scenario testing and supplier reviews to identify and address resilience vulnerabilities
  • Build and maintain governance forums and report on resilience measures and risk appetite alignment
  • Manage crisis events and oversee end-to-end recovery procedures
Requirements
  • 12+ years' experience in operational risk, business continuity, audit, or technology resilience
  • Proven leadership in managing enterprise risk, crisis response, and regulatory compliance programs
  • Certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor advantageous
  • Familiarity with global standards and regulators such as APRA (CPS 230), SEBI, RBI, DORA, and FCA/PRA
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
