Job Description:

Clinical Leaders are instrumental in driving the digital transformation of Oral Health services. Collaborating closely with senior clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users ensures seamless integration and adoption of new systems.

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for facilitating collaboration, exchanging information, and influencing outcomes to drive business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and advisory input on the design and operation of the Oral Health Clinical Information System during digital transformation.
  • Facilitate working relationships among senior clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to build strong relationships and exchange information effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current registration as a Dentist with AHPRA is essential.
  • Significant post-graduate experience in dentistry and demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgment are required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of public oral health business processes and business needs is highly desirable.
