Lead the Future of Oral Health

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive strategic, operational, and financial direction across our Oral Health Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team committed to safety, excellence, and innovation.
  • Deliver high-quality oral health care that meets the needs of priority populations.
  • Shape service delivery and champion innovation to improve health outcomes.
  • Influence state and national oral health policy through strategic advocacy.
  • Build strong partnerships across government, community, and the broader health sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management, business management and/or demonstrated experience in senior management in a large complex organisation engaged in health service delivery.
  • Example experience as related to at least 2 of the KEY CHALLENGES outlined in the role description (max 300 words).
  • Senior-level direct and transferable experience that equips you for success in this role (max 300 words).
