Job Description

The Sydney Dental Hospital requires a Digital Transformation Lead to oversee the transformation of its oral health clinical information system from a paper-based medical records system to a digital system, Titanium Unity.

This is a key position that will provide strategic direction, support and advice on the design and operation of the new system to ensure smooth transition and optimal outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior clinical stakeholders, the Clinical Information System support team and Super Users to facilitate collaboration and exchange of information, building on existing relationships and influencing business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate
  • Current registration as a Dentist with the relevant healthcare regulatory agency
  • Significant post-graduate experience in the practice of dentistry and demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgment
  • Comprehensive understanding of public oral health business processes and business needs
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the transformation of the oral health clinical information system to a digital system, Titanium Unity
  • Provide strategic direction, support and advice on the design and operation of the new system
  • Facilitate collaboration and exchange of information with senior clinical stakeholders, CIS support team and Super Users
  • Build on existing relationships and influence business outcomes
