Senior Healthcare Specialist

Job Description:

As a Senior Healthcare Specialist, you will lead the transformation of our Oral Health Clinical Information System. You will provide strategic direction, expert advice and support to senior stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition from paper-based records to a digital system.

This role requires strong leadership skills, collaboration and communication abilities, as well as a deep understanding of public oral health business processes.

You will work closely with various teams to design and operate the system, fostering strong working relationships and driving professional growth and development within NSW Health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and expert advice on the design and operation of the Oral Health Clinical Information System
  • Supporting the transformation from paper-based records to a digital system

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Dentist with AHPRA
  • Significant post-graduate experience in dentistry
  • Demonstrated understanding of public oral health business processes
