Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with school leavers, families, and stakeholders.">
  • Bridge the gap between school leavers and employment opportunities.">
  • Facilitate engaging group capacity building, work safety, and job search sessions.">
  • Research industries to gain opportunities.">
  • Liaise and negotiate with local businesses and potential employers on behalf of employees, discuss suitability, and refer them to suitable opportunities.">
  • Ensure reports and administrative processes are followed.">
  • Have fun and bring your best self.">

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, employment services, relationship building, or supporting young people or individuals with disabilities.">
  • Clear communication skills.">
  • Strong administration and report writing skills.">
  • A valid NSW Driver's License (P2 and above) and a vehicle for travel to Bankstown or Blacktown.">
