Senior Consultant for Strategic Initiative

A senior consultant position is available to guide major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite.

The successful candidate will be working on both this high-profile, strategic and transformational initiative and the broader Customer Success and Delivery area within the organization.

Key responsibilities include providing expert delivery and scalable, lasting impact in the Digital Supply Chain Practice of SAP Australia & New Zealand.

Required skills include a proven 7+ years professional experience working as a senior SAP Field Service Management (FSM) consultant.

Other qualifications include in-depth knowledge in SAP FSM, end-to-end process knowledge across SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and technical experience of mobile applications and their role in field service operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving, and strong networking and customer relationship management capabilities.

Experience with ML, IoT, SAP Joule and other AI tools is a plus.

Basic knowledge of programming is also a plus.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside the account teams in the software evaluation process and develop SAP-centric solution scenarios and needed architecture.

The candidate will build actionable roadmaps, support the creation of business cases, PoC, give architecture advise and deliver implementation support where needed.

Under the overall mandate, you will be involved in engagements to advise on, design, implement, deploy our solutions with the aim to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance.

As part of a high-performance team locally and globally, you will need to be able to work individually and have SAP's and customer's success at heart.

Ultimately, you will provide thought leadership advice to colleagues/partners on end-to-end solution design, implementation challenges or deployment options.
