Job Title: Senior Strategic Consultant Job Summary: This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and the ability to provide authoritative advice on complex issues. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare, review and finalise executive documents including Cabinet and Governor-in-Council related matters, correspondence, submissions and Director-General / Ministerial Briefing Notes and executive correspondence on significant issues.• Provide timely and professional advice on complex portfolio and business issues.• Coordinate submissions, documentation, proposals and initiatives requiring total portfolio or divisional responses and contribute a strategic perspective.• Obtain relevant advice and maintain liaison with key areas of the department to ensure timely resolution of issues.• Undertake special projects using an appropriate project management methodology as directed.• Assist with various research or analytical tasks relating to the operations of QBuild. Requirements:• A proven track record in providing strategic advice and guidance on complex issues.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
