Support Young People in Their Career Journeys

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work with young people in Ryde, NSW. The successful candidate will assist them in identifying barriers to employment and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess the needs of participants and offer supportive strategies to aid them in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maximize job opportunities for participants.
  • Support colleagues in delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
About You

We are looking for a productive, collaborative, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be skilled at building relationships and working with key stakeholders to optimize job opportunities. You will also have a strong passion and drive to support young people in preparing for and securing employment within the local community.
