About this Opportunity

We are seeking volunteers to support young people develop job readiness skills through a practice interview experience. This is a unique chance to make a positive impact in your community and help shape the next generation of leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-to-one mock job interviews with Year 9 students from local schools.
  • Provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, interview answers, and presentation skills.
  • Participate in training and use provided materials to ensure a high-quality experience.

This role requires approximately 20 minutes per student, followed by 5 minutes of verbal feedback and an additional 5 minutes for written feedback. Volunteers can commit to as many event days as they like and choose full or half-day sessions (AM or PM).
