Leadership Opportunity: Injury Management Expertise

As a seasoned professional in injury management, you will be responsible for leading a team of rehabilitation case managers and delivering tailored case management services to support the return to work of employees.

This role requires strategic thinking, effective relationship-building, and excellent leadership and management qualities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of Rehabilitation Case Managers to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing effective case management strategies to support employee return to work.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of injury management principles and practices, as well as exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Human Resources, Allied Health or other related disciplines are highly regarded.
