Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our medical team in delivering exceptional patient care. The successful applicant will provide high-quality support services, empowering patients to achieve maximum independence and meet their daily living requirements.

This role is ideal for those who possess a strong person-centred approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high standard services that support and assist patients to achieve maximum independence.
  2. Assist patients to maintain their independence by providing daily care using a person-centred approach.
  3. Meet daily living and personal requirements within individual care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
  • Advanced communication skills
  • High levels of energy
  • Person centred approach
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
