Job Title: Product Development Specialist

Our organization is looking for a skilled and experienced Professional to support the expansion of our PAD technologies across Queensland. As a Product Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and awareness of our technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and clinical education, with expertise in developing business growth strategies and building relationships with key stakeholders. They will also have advanced knowledge of CRM systems and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, providing clinical expertise, and educating healthcare professionals about our products. They will also establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance product adoption and integration within the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Development & Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities and provide clinical expertise to support the development of new PAD technologies.
  • Educate Healthcare Professionals: Develop and deliver educational programs to educate healthcare professionals about our PAD technologies.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and integration.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in interventional specialties.
  • Clinical Education Skills: Strong clinical education and development skills to engage healthcare professionals.
  • CRM Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM for strategic sales tracking and opportunity management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on sales and market data.
