Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to join our medical team in providing exceptional patient care services. The successful applicants will support patients and residents in achieving maximum independence by meeting their daily living and personal requirements within a care plan, considering individual preferences.

The role involves assisting patients and residents to maintain their independence wherever possible and provide daily care using a person-centred approach as per the resident's individual care plans. Shift work, weekends, and public holidays may be included in the working hours.

You Will Bring
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support qualification
  • Advanced communication skills to interact with patients and residents effectively
  • High levels of energy to cope with the demands of the job
  • A person-centred approach to deliver tailored care services
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a changing environment
