**Job Title:** Before and After School Care Workers
**Location:** Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia
We are seeking caring and supportive individuals to join our team as Before and After School Care Workers in Rockhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children before and after school hours.
In this role, you will supervise activities, assist the coordinator, facilitate games and crafts, and ensure the well-being of all children in your care.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children before and after school hours
- Facilitate age-appropriate activities and games
- Assist children with homework and academic tasks
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
**Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Studying towards or Qualified in Early Childhood or Education highly favourable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Blue Card) required
**Salary:** We offer a competitive hourly rate starting from $35, with potential for increases based on experience and qualifications.
