Strategic Workforce Development Leader

This is a strategic workforce development opportunity to lead and implement initiatives that attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce aligned with the College's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Executive leaders to form and implement strategies for staff engagement and development that align with the College's purpose and vision.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and foster a positive work environment that supports the College's values and purpose.
- Provide guidance on HR matters, and facilitate recruitment processes.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Principal and other Executive leaders on critical HR matters.
This role requires a strong understanding of workforce development principles and practices. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
