As a Loading Dock Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of our loading docks and facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence at loading docks and facilities to deter unauthorized access

• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security breaches

• Screen vehicles and persons entering the site, checking access credentials and delivery dockets

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility perimeter to ensure its integrity

• Respond to security incidents and emergencies as required

• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders and respond to inquiries professionally

• Participate in emergency response and warden duties as necessary

Requirements:

• NSW Security Licence (1A minimum)

• Current Class C Driver licence

• Certificate II in Security Operations

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• General Induction for Construction (White Card), or willingness to obtain

• Successful medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and national police checks

• Security clearance (desirable) or ability to obtain

• Safe driving record (consent to a drivers licence check)

• Willingness to undertake additional Certificate II qualifications and required courses
