Financial Operations Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing complex financial systems?

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our national finance programs and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform testing and development for National Finance programs and systems.
  • Monitor upcoming global system changes to ensure alignment of National Finance operations.
  • Manage change that comes with the deployment of global financial systems and standardize processes.
  • Develop user stories to clearly communicate end-user requirements to system developers and coordinate related testing, training, and project activities.
  • Promote and drive the implementation of standardized business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency across finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of finance systems and processes, particularly asset accounting, investment management, and/or real estate topic area experience within SAP S4 Hana environment highly desirable.
  • Exposure to system testing, change management, and stakeholder coordination preferable.
  • Ability to rapidly upskill on relevant in-system and off-system finance processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with proven ability to create advocacy and effect change.
  • Excellent time management abilities and the capability to effectively handle competing priorities.
