Job Description

A professional Bookkeeper is required to manage and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management
    • Process and manage supplier invoices across multiple entities.
    • Ensure timely approvals and compliance with internal controls.
    • Set up and schedule payments in line with cash flow requirements.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconciliations & Investigations
    • Perform bank credit card and intercompany reconciliations.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Project Support & Collaboration
    • Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on financial matters.
