Key Responsibilities:- Review and process invoices, statements, and reports.
- Assist in completing audits and inventory counts.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents.
- Record financial transactions into the SAGE system.
- Process credit claims and generate reporting.
- Produce weekly sales reports.
- Perform data entry, compilation, and reporting tasks.
- Carry out various office duties, including faxing, photocopying, scanning, emailing, and processing payments.
- General office experience.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Sage 300 software.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to inspire team members.
- A willingness to learn and receive feedback.
