Financial Transaction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Accounts Payable Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organisation's outgoings financial transactions.
About the Role- Maintain high-level customer service in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Onboard new suppliers in the financial system and update changes.
- Process supplier invoices accurately and timely, as well as client and staff reimbursements, in accordance with organisational policies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the accounts payable function and experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in processing financial transactions with the ability to respond to requests effectively and timely within a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to review and interpret numerical information ensuring attention to detail in line with audit, GST, ATO, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise and competency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
