Business Intelligence Lead

The role of Business Intelligence Lead involves driving data excellence across the business by conducting gap analyses, providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational and data workflows, analyzing the business portfolio with a data-first mindset, designing and developing robust end-to-end ETL processes for large datasets, creating intuitive user-friendly Power BI dashboards that deliver meaningful insights, offering technical expertise to the technology team, managing business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, recommending process improvements and business solutions that support changes in policy procedures and information management, applying effective problem-solving techniques in a fast-paced agile environment, communicating clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical audiences, analyzing complex numerical and situational data to recommend well-informed solutions, planning and managing data analysis activities within medium to large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering ETL solutions for data integration and migration.
  • Developing and maintaining robust data architectures.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights.
  • Providing data analysis and interpretation services to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Advanced proficiency in SAS SQL data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA Confluence and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on medium to large-scale projects.
