Analytics Leadership Position

About the Role:

This role is pivotal in delivering strategic insights and data-driven solutions that impact customer experience. The Advanced Analytics Manager will lead complex analytical projects, ensure the effective use of advanced analytics tools, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Advanced Analytics Techniques: Manage the discovery of customer breakpoints through advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning algorithms, clustering, and other advanced analytics techniques.
  2. Collaborate with Senior Management and Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize breakpoints, communicating complex analytical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
  3. Maintain Data Governance: Uphold data governance standards and practices, ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of data used in analysis.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning, driving continuous improvement and innovation in analytical methodologies and tools.
