Job Title: Programme Manager

At Sky Italia, we believe in delivering exceptional products and experiences that captivate millions of customers.

We're responsible for developing innovative AI technology, creating the best HDR viewing experience, and taking our products to the next level with every release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning, defining, delivering, and maintaining the governance, reporting, and data-driven dashboard process and ways of working for first-line teams.
  • Ensuring this process is integral and transparent to other stakeholders, including Sky, Comcast, Syndication Partners, and Application Partners.
  • Providing quality metrics during all stages of release delivery to ensure that every release improves quality for all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of project and financial planning processes and techniques for deliveries over £5M.
  2. Extensive knowledge on tracking, reporting, and communication solutions such as JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheet, and Service Now.
  3. Creating data-driven dashboards and visualizations to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  4. Confident engaging at a senior level (HoDs, Directors, and C-suite).
  5. Building strong, clear, trusting professional relationships with partners across multinational teams.
