Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and prosperity in a fast-paced environment.

  • This key leadership role involves developing business goals and objectives, analysing monthly transactions to ensure efficiency, and managing budgets effectively.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for purchasing and maintaining stock levels, planning and executing marketing strategies to boost sales, providing exceptional customer service, and training and supervising staff as needed.

Key requirements for this position include a Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification, and minimum 3 years' experience in management or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth
  2. Analyse financial data to inform budgeting and decision-making
  3. Purchase and manage inventory levels
  4. Lead and develop high-performing teams
